
FOOD SELECTION & OTHER NOTES:
Roll & Sushi combinations will generally consist of 4-5 different rolls and 5-7 different types of sushi.
Vegetarian selections are easily added.
It is preferable for the preparation area to be nearby an electrical outlet (to plug in showcase).
If event is outdoors, a canopy and flooring is required to be provided at the preparation location.

Sushi Chef will bring:
Japanese custom made display/preparation table. Large lacquer or wood display platters. Sushi showcase (glass enclosed & refrigerated). Appropriate condiments at serving area (Soy sauce, Wasabi & Ginger). Traditional Japanese chef coat and tie. Japanese decorations for display/preparation area.
Sushi Chef will not bring:
Individual serving dishes for sushi or condiments, napkins, silverware, etc...

All prep., set up & clean up time is included in price.
Portions of additional hours will be prorated.
If chef is needed for any reason to arrive more than 2 hours in advance, additional time will be charged.
Hors D'oeurves quantity is figured at a maximum of 5 pieces per guest.
If more than 5 pieces per guest is desired, Entree Pricing applies.
Entree quantity is 10 pieces per guest
for a combination of rolls & sushi.
For entree pricing, double the initial 1st hour rate
(additional hours remain the same).
$100 Deposit and/or written contract required for booking.
Deposit non-refundable within 72 hours of the event.
